Can you say, "Rhaid i ti orffen dy cig"? As in "Sut wyt ti'n medru bwyta dy pwdin os ti ddim yn bwyta dy cig?"???

First part - if you remember to mutate cig to gig, yes.

Second part - a 'good Welsh' version might be - Sut rwyt ti'n medru bwyta dy bwdin os nad wyt ti wedi bwyta dy gig?

Cyn mynd = before going

Cyn i chi fynd = before you go / before you went
