How do you do the question in the 2nd lesson that wants you to say KAKO but i dont know how!

Say it in your microphone.
If you don't have microphone or don't want to use it or can't use it, use the option to skip the exercise (on the left, below the exercise.

but if i use the skip button i have to do it again in the end of the lesson

No, if you use the (only) skip button that appears for audio exercises (="I can't use a microphone right now"), it'll not ask you to do it later since you just declared you couldn't use your microphone.
