Learning

Hey! So I think this is a great way to learn a new language. This is my first day learning Swedish and I already know loads of sentences. I don't know why but I'm so happy. :D

Which parts in particular are you struggling with?

Well mostly with indefinite and definite singular/plural. I is very hard for me to remember all of that, like I just stop and try to remember the word in definite form.. and also I learn new words but I don't think I will be able to actually speak swedish because I'm also struggling with forming sentences :/

If you're stuck, just use the en-word form. You'll lose almost no meaning if saying "Barnerna" instead of "Barnen".

Don't be afraid to speak incorrectly - if someone said "the childs", you wouldn't just suddenly have no idea what they mean.

It wasn't too hard for me. The part that was hard for me was the possessives, though. If you're finding it hard maybe stick to one lesson a day and keep practicing them until you get each one?

Oh I don't think possesives are that much important. I know a girl who speaks swedish and she doesn't know that there are actually three different possesive pronouns depending on the article (ett, en word), and she told me that I shouldn't bother with it.
