help me please!

what can i do when I've finished all the topics and I haven't got 100 % of fluency?

Duolingo doesn't teach enough to get to 100% fluency. It varies a bit per course, but generally speaking, ~60-70% is the highest you can reach.

When you've completed the material that Duolingo offers, and feel comfortable with it, the best strategy is probably to move along to different resources (TV shows, simple books, Lang-8, etc).

Duolingo no enseña lo suficiente para llegar al 100% de la fluidez. Varía un poco por supuesto, pero en términos generales, ~ 60% es la más alta que puede alcanzar.

Cuando haya completado el material que ofrece Duolingo, y se sienten cómodos con ella, la mejor estrategia es probablemente para moverse a lo largo de diferentes recursos (programas de televisión, libros sencillos, Lang-8, etc.).

Duolingo is fantastic in orthography, if you come every day, and practice, you have the 100 % of fluency.

Sorry, but no you don't. Duo does not teach that much English (or any other language) you will end up with a good basic grounding but will need to keep listening, reading and learning to become truely fluent

Lo ideal sería practicar con hablantes nativos, quizás hacer amigos de hablahispana; leer en español, te sugiero a algunos buenos autores como Gabriel García Márquez, Octavio Paz (el laberinto de la soledad es una buena forma para entender la cultura mexicana), El quijote es un clásico de las letras españolas y precursor de la novela actual aunque algo complicado, también Carlos Fuentes entre otros; escucha música; mira películas; cambia la configuración de tu celular y computadora a español. En resumen, acércate tanto como quieras al idioma. Éxito y suerte /
