Feedback (can't report)
Course contributors: I don't think the feedback is working for this kind of exercise, so I'm putting it here. In the "places" unit, lesson 4, there are multiple instances where we're asked to translate a single word from English ("bar" and "market") but marked wrong if we don't include the definite article (το μπαρ, "the bar" and η αγορά, "the market"). As I said, I would have reported it in the lesson itself, but for some reason I think those types of exercises have a glitched feedback form.
More specifically, we're asked to translate the word and there are also pictures. I think all exercises with pictures have this same feedback glitch.
Thank you for your feedback. I am a moderator for the Greek course and have reviewed the course for instances where a single English word was given but a reply with "ο,η or το" was required. All images contain the required article. There was one exercise in which the word "bar" was given and the correct translation was "το μπαρ". I've reported it for editing. If there are any other cases please tell us the specific word so we can take action.
Just found another. In Abstract Objects, "love" is presented, but the correct answer is η αγάπη. I'll try to continue adding the ones I find to this discussion.
