Suggestion for helping your Duolingo learning!

Similar things may have been posted to this, but hopefully its helpful to someone! I've noticed while I've learning German here, I've been sticking with it since there set up like games, and thus its fun :3! So it got me thinking, to try and expand my learning by doing things I enjoy, but doing it in German! For example, I enjoy playing and watching video games, so I've been watching someone play Pokemon in German rather in english. I might not understand it all, but I know the games so well that I can get the general jist of it and can guess some words and phrases accurately on my own! Bonus points is there is text as well as a person reading it, so I can both see and hear the language from a native speaker. It's helping a lot, especially in annunciating better.

So for anyone hoping to get extra help in there language of choice...try and integrate it with something you love already! A simple idea, but I'd not really thought to do it until now, so I thought it would be worth talking about!

I also do that with Pokemon! I am utilizing the international release of Pokemon X and Y by playing it in different languages. I also watched the first episodes of Italian, Spanish, and German let's plays back-to-back just to listen to the differences in languages, but it seemed to be a bit much...
