Perhaps technically, but άνθρωπος normally refers to people in general, not men.

I could not hear the 'οι' in the spoken text (even when it was slowed down), so I wrote ολοι άνθρωποι... lost another heart ;-(

‘All the men’ should be OK, as the both men and άνθρωποι have the sense of human, people in general.
