No sound...

Whenever I do a lesson I can't hear the voice at all. I have the listening exercises on and voice auto play on, yet it doesn't speak, even when I click on the play button. Also, my computer's volume is on. I need the sound works, especially for French. Please help!

The same for me. Service sounds (when you give a valid answer) work. But the utteranc of words doesn't. I am working on a Windows 10 computer with Chrome. Could Duolingo help, please?

I am having the same problem. It is definitely an issue since it tells me I'm incorrect for skipping the audio ones. Where is duolingo in responding to this?

I figured it out on my own. No one ever answered. Two ways to get to the same place: 1. Go to the HOME page then click on HELP at the bottom and go to TECHNICAL PROBLEMS and look up what you need help with (it will lead you to SETTINGS as explained in #2 below. 2. From the HOME page click on your profile the go to SETTINGS and turn them all on.
