In common spoken English the word "the" is optional, but totally unnecessary. If one would say " Are you the eleventh? " Another word should follow like "person, student, etc."

Reported "You are the eleventh?" to be accepted.

"Te vagy a tizenegyedik?" = Are you the eleventh? (simple question)
"Te vagy a tizenegyedik?" = You are the eleventh? (emphasis on 'you')
