To take (tomar) is to get it, normally from someone else. This would require some complements to be understood, like the article (o suco) to identify that there is a specific juice that was taken. And something to tell who was the owner from who it was taken, or some constructions like "tomou para si" (took it to himself).

To drink (tomar) is to swallow it with your mouth. If context is not provided and the thing is liquid, that's the best choice.
