Duolingo goes on and on about good English.... We would not use the present continuous in this sentence. We would say Peter is not working THIS autumn , or Peter DOES NOT WORK in autumn

I find the insistence of duolingo that we translate the Hungarian into stilted but correct English, works against me understanding the Hungarian. I am happy to learn the translation as autumns Peter not working, then perhaps when I need to use or hear the sentence I will understand it..

Autumn not works Peter.. but I know I wont say that in an English conversation, but in a Hungarian one I will need to think like that, so duolingo is marking me wrong when I "think Hungarian"

What about the word order here?

I had the same question.

Why Ősszel, not Ősszen, like in nyaron?

Ősszel, télen, tavasszal, nyáron, it's just the way it is. (& the analogous conjugation would be őszön, not ősszen.)

Peter does not have an accent in English.
