You don't fly "into" a direction - you fly "in" the direction of ...
A plane may "fly in all directions" but it may not "fly into all directions"
If directions were tangible it would be different.
E.g. "That plane flew into Sydney yesterday" - but then it would be advisable to use "to" instead - "That plane flew to Sydney yesterday"
I think "fly to"or "into"all the directions sounds better in English. There is a movement...
