Problem with logging progress

My progress is no longer being logged. When I finish the final question of a problem set and press "check", it returns me to the homepage and doesn't show that problem set as completed. (Most recent: Abs Obj 2, set 7).

I completed the problem set on Friday but assumed it had logged my work. I went back today to do the next problem set and noticed the issue. When I completed the problem set again I checked and sure enough it was still marked as incomplete. I tried logging out and back in again, did the set again, still shows as not completed.

Are there any browser/PC settings which could be affecting this? I've tried on different PCs and different browsers with varying results. - PC 1, Chrome: no progress logged - PC 1, IE: no progress logged - PC 2, Chrome: progress logged

We suggest using a recent version of Chrome without using plugins that affect Javascript functionality.
