In normal speech "trettio" is performed as "tretti" (without the "o"). It's the same with 50 (femtio), 60 (sextio), 70 (sjuttio) etc ("femti", "sexti", "sjutti"). '40' diverges even more, as it's written "fyrtio" but pronounced "förti" (short "ö" sound)
I agree that the TTA has a somewhat Italian intonation in this sample, but it's not how it sounds in reality...
