Ouch, my native English reading eyes are in pain from this nonsense sentence...

It is gibberish in English so any speculation is pointless

This english translation doesn't sound good to me and I find it difficult, to find something fitting in English. Maybe: That's something, too, which is there. But it might be more an idiomatic expression, like: Better a sparrow in your hand than a bird on the roof!

veréb = sparrow

túzok = bustard

Maybe we could translate this as "There is not much but it is something."

"Algo es algo." "Something is something." "What you see is what you get," maybe?

Maybe it means: Better than nothing? Besser als nichts?
