"When does the new desk arrive" ...este o traducere mult mai corectă . Nu veți auzi niciodată pe cineva spunând "When does the new desk come"

Native U.S. English speaker here. It's more common to hear "come" than "arrive" in this kind of context. They mean the same thing in this case. "Arrive" sounds more formal.
