Anyone having a similar problem: Duo tells me I earned no XP on a day, doesn't use streak freeze.

Not a technology issue, I'm just curious. My Duo history says I earned no XP on Monday (I seriously doubt it, I do it everyday without fail, but maybe by random chance I forgot....) but I still have my streak freeze equipped. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

EDIT: It now tells me I earned 10 XP. I am very confused.

Since you're asking for help using the site, could you move this post to the Troubleshooting forum? Your post is likely to get a lot more attention there, because that's where the people who are willing to help with this sort of problem hang out. It will also help keep this forum easy to navigate for those who aren't part of the troubleshooting group.

I haven't had it happen (yet). I have noticed posts about this before. They seemed to be increasing, though I might just be noticing them more.

This just happened to me. I knew I was going to be away from my computer for a day, so I bought a streak freeze the day before, but it didn't show on my history - just that I earned no XP that day.
