2018-05-17 Yes, why are we specifying that the animals are living? It seems more likely we would specify if they were dead, say, butchered and in the freezer.

Even if sentence is awkward, why is my response refused? I wrote : "She has an ox alive and a cow alive" it sound better than living animals !
