In English we'll sometimes say something like "a man short and strong" - e.g. "she needs a man short and strong". We don't generally do it with one adjective, and I guess there's a missing "who is" between the head and the adjectives. I'm not saying "a man short and strong" should be accepted, but maybe some note that Romanian's not doing that inversion-for-emphasis thing in the "this is wrong" would be good.
