Streak repair did not work
Hi! I purchased the "streak repair" for $4.99 seven days ago. Apple charged my credit card and I have a receipt but my learning streak was never repaired. I've made two reports to Apple but have not received a response or refund to my credit card. Can anyone at Duolingo help to refund the money or, ideally, to repair the streak? Thank you!

There were a couple suggestions in that thread, one of the admins advised that they email a report to email@example.com with a copy of their confirmation receipt from Apple -- so if you haven't reached out to the support email yet, that's something you could try.
