Forvo doesn't have it and it looks deliciously difficult to pronounce. I really want to learn how to say it.

It means extraterrestrial

Thanks!

You can hear reacordings of eachtra and domhanda on teanglann.ie. The minor changes needed to combine them to give you eachtardhomhandach are fairly straightforward, though the -ach ending does not involve a "k" sound (there are plenty of words ending in -ach that you can listen to).

/axt̪ˠəɾˠɣauən̻ˠd̪ˠəx/

I'd Anglicize it as something like [akhterɣowendakh] with /ɣ/ being a very 'throaty' g.

You can have Irish words pronounced (accurately if robotically) for you at http://www.abair.tcd.ie/?page=synthesislang=gle

I'm in no way qualified, but based on my current knowledge I'd say /ekhtär.dovan.dakh/. (The dots are intended to make it easier to read, nothing else.) At least "domhan" alone is (almost) as said in Ulster dialect, according to Teanglann.ie.
