is there another word for "is writing" ? I'm just curious cause I know in some languages it is interchangeable for the "is writing" and "to write"

    No, in Romanian there is no Continuous Present Tense, just simple Present. If you want to emphasize in Romanian that something is happening now, you have to simply add ”acum”=”now” to the sentence.
