When is 'dydd' spelled with a capitol and when with a lower case letter?

With a capital at the start of a sentence. Not otherwise, usually.

I think something is wrong here- the last dydd is being corrected to Dydd, so i get the question again, and I select Dydd, but then it corrects it to dydd. It's a neverending cycle

There is a mistake in the original sentence - it says * Dydd Llun a Dydd Mawrth whereas it should be Dydd Llun a dydd Mawrth. However, it is not a serious error, so some time ago we added the second, correct, version alongside the first. Answers using either version should be accepted by the system, and each version should appear as a prompt about half the time.

If it is causing serious problems, then the only option that we have is to delete the sentence completely - Duo does not allow us to make any corrections to an original sentence if it contains an error.

If Duo does flag up an error it should only be as a typo, not something that is actually 'wrong'. You can just ignore a typo warning.

Thanks for explaining but will report this as have just been marked wrong for only selecting the right answer. The correction said I missed the wrong answer with capital Dydd. I think better to delete the sentence altogether if this can't be fixed.

It seems to be a Duo bug at the moment.

The sentence has now been deleted.

Multiple-choice questions can have more than one correct answer.

You have to pick all the correct options in order to continue.

That could mean picking one option, two options, or occasionally even all three options.

Picking just one at a time when there are two or three correct options will not work, and it may seem as if "all three are incorrect", when the mistake is rather that you have to choose more than one at once.
