Eu am scris: "mi-a placut ce am vazut" normal ca daca am scris mi-a inseamna ca mie mi-a placut. Trebuie corectat.

What this actually says is "What I saw pleased me." Is there a closer romanian way of saying "l liked what i saw"

Not really -- This is the usual manner that Romanians (and French for that matter) express this concept. They say, "it pleased me" to express the idea, "I liked it." So, in Romanian, when you want to say, "I like the cookie," you should say, "Fursecul îmi place."
