New voice recognition.

Am i the only one being driven crazy by the new voice recognition on chrome? it's so bad im turning off my microphone function.

everytime i use the mic on my tablet or phone it works but now when i use it on my laptop it almost never goes through.

I too am having many issues with Chrome 32.0.1700.107/ Os X 10.7.5 with and without a microphone. Is there a standard microphone that you folks train the models with? It used to be a plantronics headset long ago when I worked for CMU CMT. I'll try in safari and see if its in some way chrome specific.

Alas the new realtime voice recognition feature is not in Safari nor firefox. Which lets me work around the issue for now.
