The dictionary states "camicetta" as a proper translation of "blouse"

That's a better translation, camicia is generally used for classic shirts.

Can blusa be used? Or is it more colloquial?

What about maglia?

I wrote "maglia" and Duolingo says it's wrong. I don't know why. Many times it translated "maglia" as "shirt"

Same here. Blouse did not feel like camicia so I chose maglia which is apparently wrong. Next time I'll go with blusa.
