Copt is from Slavic копчений (kopcheny)
From Russian запеченный. (zapechenyi)
The inflection on the audio does not imply a question. This was confusing for me. I thought I heard "Sunt copți" . Yet I couldn't imagine the answer would be "I am baked". I suppose the 'ți' was a clue, nonetheless I was confused.
"Sunt copţi" means "Ei sunt copţi" (They are baked).
"I am baked" could be translated as "Sunt copt" without ending -ţi.
