Having a "perfect sense of humor" doesn't make sense in English (at least in American English); it is a direct translation from Greek. I think a more appropriate English translation would be "Our uncle has a great sense of humor".

So many sentences use τέλειος. I don't think we say things are perfect as much in English. Maybe 'great' should be suggested more often. I might say 'Perfect!' if I've asked someone to do something for me, or while grading a short-answer quiz, but not responding to something open-ended, like humor, an essay, ...
