Suggestion: 'Followed Discussions' tab
UPDATE BEFORE YOU READ : 27/02/2014 IT WAS ADDED TO THE WEBSITE! :) WE ARE ALL SO HAPPY! THANK YOU DUOLINGO TEAM!<
Hi, I really appreciate what Duolingo does for its users but just a little suggestion. So, I have recently written a discussion and I wanted to have a look if anyone upvoted it or replyed and it took me a long time to find it (about 10 minutes :( ). Don't you think that it would be a great idea to create a tab on The Discussion page which would look something like this : We would be able to see all the discussions that we are following! :) It would save us a lot of time :)
Who likes the idea, please upvote it!

I think it would be extremely helpful. I now use the e-mail notifications, but sometimes I get really spammed because I follow a lot of discussions. I would love a tab like that.
I do the same, we could also propose a digest with all the updates in a day, instead of 25 million individual e-mails (yes, I follow a lot of discussions ;-)).
This is an excellent idea! I do the same as Thurid with the same spam issues! This could be an excellent way to close old discussions or just to keep up with the ones you really are interested in!
Very good idea. It would also be nice if they had an 'Announcements' or 'Official' tab where only duolingo staff could post. The staff would also be able to promote other discussions (like the incubator report) to that official section.
That would be so awesome if people from Duolingo noticed this discussion :)
Personally I'm finding it difficult to navigate with the new discussion stream.
When you click discussions from the home page, it mixes every discussion board/topic you follow. For example, I currently follow Duolingo discussion, the Spanish board and the troubleshoot one. Where before, I'd have clicked the dicussions tab and it'd take me straight to the Duo discussion board, I now see topics for all three of the boards I'm subscribed to.
It's insanely confusing. Because some times I just like scrolling through the Duo discussions, for general posts instead of having every topic mixed with each other. I know I could click the discussion board just for Duo on the right hand side, but it was fine as it was when you click discussions (at the top menu bar) it should just go to the main Duo discussion board.
If you click on one of the discussion boards that you are following, it will take you to that one only. So if you just want to go the main discussion board, on Your Subscriptions list, just click on "Duolingo in English" and it will take you to what you used to get when just clicking on Discussion. I also didn't like all of the discussions being mixed into one but am glad it still works this way.
For Andrew's suggestion, I think that is an absolutely great idea! Many times I have wished I could do that, kind of like on the immersion section there is a tab for all the articles you have helped translate. And it would be even greater then if there could be a way to follow a discussion with email notifications and a non email notification way of following a discussion such that you don't get spammed with emails but can still easily find the topics on a "Followed Discussions" tab.
Either the Duolingo team has responded very quickly or it's coming soon for you, because I see it on the discussion page.
Hello, it says this was implemented, but I don’t see this in my phone, I have popular, new and top all time, no followed tab !???
