I wonder if anyone could recommend an online english-greek dictionary that contains grammatical information such as the gender of nouns, the declension of adjectives, etc. All of the ones that I have looked at don't seem to have this kind of information. I'm not so far into my study of Greek, but maybe this kind of information isn't necessary? It seems odd that the online dictionaries often do not contain it.

Have you tried Wiktionary?

For example, https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%CE%B3%CF%81%CE%B1%CE%BC%CE%BC%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%AD%CE%B1%CF%82 notes that γραμματέας can be either "m" or "f" gender, and gives the declension as well.
