Link to French news site

Hope I'm not teaching my granny how to suck eggs here but I thought you might find this helpful. Especially if you've finished your tree and are looking at other ways to use your French skills.

Thanks for the link. Here's another, the BBC site for French-speaking Africa. http://www.bbc.co.uk/afrique/

Off topic a bit, but the BBC Spanish news site is excellent too. I found this easier to read than Spanish newspapers like "El Pais" ... http://www.bbc.co.uk/mundo/

I love Courrier International and I also highly recommend it, although technically speaking they're not French news but translated articles from around the world (that's the whole point, get other perspectives). The translations are in perfect French so it's still good for practice (and news).

Great initiative. You can check this discussion as well and I've create a page in the unofficial wiki page for Duolingo here with all the information. Feel free to add your own (if they're not there already).
