'Food and drinking water' - surely this is correct?
I also answered that. Why is it wrong to translate "nước uống" as "drinking water"?
That was my thought too.. nope. I guess not
why oh why now is water which for the 1000+ times we've written it as just "nuoc" now "nuoc uong"?
'Uống' - The verb 'to drink'.
'Nước uống' - 'drinking water'.
That's what's written on the bottle in my kitchen.
'Nước suối' ís also the common expression for bottled drinking water. That's what i ask for in the shop.
Drink = nước uống??
Water = ... ??
obviously...but not very helpful
Chris was right tho. a simple "nước" could be enough to understand as water. but here's a short list of types of water.
