Masculine -> altro (singular), altri (plural)
Feminine -> altra (singular), altre (plural)

These endings apply to most nouns and adjectives (not all of them though, there are exceptions).

Ciao,

Altro = other (masculine, singular), Altra = other (feminine, singular), Altri = others (masculine, plural), Altre = others (feminine, plural).

Altri = others (all masculine or mixed genders, plural), Altre = others (all feminine, plural).

Ciao MABBY, potresti darmi un esempio usando "mixed genders"?

A brother and a sister, or a husband and a wife, are a "mixed gender" group.
Eighteen men and one woman is a mixed gender group.

In all cases there, you would use i loro to refer to "them".
You would only use le loro to refer to an all female group, as "them".

Same thing goes for Altri or Altre. All men, or a mixed gender group, uses Altri.
