Hi! I was just wondering if there was going to be a fluency badge for Dutch ever. I have my Spanish and Italian badges on my LinkedIn page and would like to also include Dutch.

Thanks!

No disrespect meant with this, as someone who will soon need LinkedIn I'm honestly wondering... Doesn't putting Duolingo badges on your linkedin page seem kinda silly to employers? Like you can't really tell anything about someone's abilities through their Duolingo level / golden owls / etc... I've seen level 25 German learners on here type the dumbest ❤❤❤❤... Like the only actual language infos you should be putting in your resume should be your officially tested level, like A1 through C2, no? I've only seen it that way before... Duolingo says I'm like 50% fluent in French but I can't even order a croissant IRL...

Nothing personal against you, like it's a Duolingo thing I know to add stuff to your LinkedIn, but from a professional standpoint wouldn't it kinda annoy people? Comes off as cocky maybe. IDK...?

Hi there! I don't think anyone knows, I'm sorry. The developers are pretty tight-lipped about their plans.

They are a bit silly those badges, all due respect. I'm supposedly 25% fluent in Danish and I can say: Katten spiser en mus. The cat eats a mouse.
