Curious that the mouseover tip says "foot" or "leg." How to differentiate between the two? I was marked wrong for "How many feet does a buffalo have?"
To my understanding, foot = bàn chân, leg = chân
My partner is vietnamese so I can always get an expert opinion and she said you are correct. bàn chân is foot and chân is leg.
Reported: "How many feet does a buffalo have?"
The word is interchangeable in vietnamese.
A literal translation would be "A buffalo has how many legs?" but this is not accepted
Same problem stupid
Twelve as far as i know. Two legs at the front two at the back, two on the left side, two on the right side as well as one in every corner...
'A buffalo has how many legs', is a direct translation and is also correct english, so it should be accepted.
Why not 'cái chân' here when it's being enforced elsewhere?
