Incubator: contributor application options not consistent between access url's
Hello, I just noticed that the contributor application options are not consistent.
http://incubator.duolingo.com Only offers "Enter Other" for "For Speakers Of" but does not include that option for "Courses Teaching". Additionally, there are far fewer courses listed here.
However, going to http://incubator.duolingo.com/apply offers the "Enter Other" option for both categories. There are far more courses listed here.
I don't imagine this was intentional. I could be wrong though. Thanks for having a peek! ^_^

I think it is intentional as the first link (http://incubator.duolingo.com) is used for searching courses already offered and the second link (http://incubator.duolingo.com/apply) is used for applying to create new courses.
