In Esperanto, things that are intimately attached to a person are often described with "la" - where we use "your" or "its" in English. This is extremely common with body parts (lavu la manojn or lavu al vi la manojn for "wash your hands").

It's not quite as common for family members, but this sentence seems fine to me.

"the siblings" should also be accepted, though, right?
