Having the option to detail a problem outside the standard ones is very useful - and relieves a lot of irritation - as does the clearer wording of the standard ones. Thank you for taking note of our comments.

Yes, that's great improvement! It makes it a lot easier for their developers to pinpoint and fix the problems, too, I think.
