Is there a difference between "Umblăm cu voi." and "Umblăm impreună cu voi."?

No. Both mean the same thing.

împreună = together

possibly from a Latin phrase "in per una"

"Noi ne plimbăm cu voi" de ce nu este corect?

I just looked it up: a plimba - to walk; a se plimba - to wander; Since the sentence here is about walking and not wandering, the "ne" should not be in this sentence.
