shortcut process too frustrating

I get about about half the questions correct, the others have minor errors.. I'm not going to go back and do the equivalent of a basic spanish course. You should rethink this.

Me too, i am getting pretty annoyed with this system as well. Losing hearts is a stupid idea. Yes a good rethink is in order.

Their business model is to make money off you as translators of web content, if you can't use the language without making minor errors then their translations will look pretty shoddy. (But I do know how you feel, It's going to take me a long time to get back to where I used to be with French.)

I second that. My translations will definitely not look shoddy and my level of spanish is quite good. However, there is no way that I'm plowing through all of the basic Spanish course. Why are you only given a limited number of attempts, anyway? Also, I'm a bit miffed at myself for not trying harder:)
