I just finished my Spanish tree!!! I finally did it!!!
Felicitaciones!!! Try inverting the tree;English from Spanish lots of fun
Ok. I'll try that.
I just pick english for spanish speakers, right?
Hi there, I am confused. I have finished the skills tree in Spanish and want to do more; I cannot see what is next. How do I get to Immersion or Translations? I have done reverse translations, flashcards, bonus skills. Is finishing the skills tree the end of the programme? I finished at level 11 and wonder how far the levels go . Where to now St. Peter? Thanks for clarification.
You can do the reverse tree - that means you tell Duo that you know Spanish and want to learn English. You can learn a lot not just by doing the course, but also by participating in the discussions which are mostly in Spanish! Ask if you are still unsure. Also to do immersion, I think you can only do it on the web based version - there you will find a tab at the top of the screen called immersion. Hope that helps.
BTW the levels go up to level 25. This is purely based on how many XP you have on a given course. You might also check out how many words Duo says you know. My Duo says 2855 words and I've just completed the Spanish tree, but I still expect that to go up a bit as Duo introduces more variants on the Vocab 3 words (mainly plurals) & maybe some more verbs from the final verb lessons. If you have completed the tree fairly rapidly, you may find that you've not been introduced to all of the variations of the verbs and adjectives that are available on Duo - so some strengthening on those skills may help. Buena Suerte!
That's awesome! Amazing work! I finished my Spanish tree too, not too long ago -- if you need any help, just ask me ;)
It takes dedication, hard work and a love for learning to do this. I think that in future it will pay off ;) Hope you had a happy New year! ;)
About 4 months. I had started and did a few lessons, then stopped because I wasn't motivated enough, then started back up a month later and slowly but surely finished it.
I guess you are using a mobile platform - this is quite a common problem on the mobile platforms. Try working from the internet based site & you should see your score go up pretty quickly (at least to start!)
