Helvetica actually means Swiss in Latin(Helvetia=Switzerland, probably the origin of the Romanian word)

Would, "Many watches are from Switzerland" work? (I understand 'vin' might require the word 'come)

Also -- how would one say "A lot of wine watches(clocks) from Switzerland" and how would it differ? (As if there were some sort of device, just play along)
