I just discovered The Spanish Dude, YouTube videos (70+) which are superb. The guy also offers worksheets and a newsletter. I particularly liked his 'puzzle strategy' video on how he takes a newspaper article in an area that interests him in Spanish and uses wordreference.com--not Google translate--along with SpanishDict.com which helps when you find a word not listed in your dictionary which typically is some new verb. I bought a very big Spanish dictionary not realizing only the base verbs are listed!

When you type in the word a list of likely words pops up and you can easily figure out unknown verbs. He goes through the article and notes words he knows, looks up others then highlights preposition he doesn't understand why they were used. He points out it often takes context of the sentence to figure out which prepositions to use. VERY helpful as I have been confused! He points out that getting the prepositions correct is what makes you truly fluent.
