Where to give feedback about Tips & Notes?

Occasionally I notice some problems in the Tips and Notes - not about the information itself (I'm not in a position to judge), but in the text and general presentation. In some cases the text needs native English proof-reading to make sure it clear and easy to digest - when one is struggling with the Russian one really does not want to be struggling with the English too :) Where is the best place to flag these?

Usually, I check all new discussions and comments in my own activity page. You may post your suggestions in either of those places. Upon re-reading the Tips I occasionally find typos and oddly phrased passages myself—so, I do not take suggestions too personally. Everything is going to be corrected. Eventually.

Thanks - it's not a frequent issue, it was just one Tips page in particular which I found would have benefited from a second-pass just to make its points more clearly. I'll take another look (I don't remember which one it was now, except it was one of my recent lessons) and will let you know.
