query about the spelling of the verb'To travel"

Just wondering if there are two variants of the stem of this verb.In the first lesson in Travel it gives the stem as "taistl' but inthe collins easy learning Irish Verbs book it conjugates with "taisteal'.Are they both right? Thanks

Taistil is a verb that’s partially irregular; most of its conjugations use a stem of taisteal-, but the second-person singular imperative conjugation, the singular simple past conjugations, and the second- and third-person plural simple past conjugations use a stem of taistil-. A stem of taistl- is incorrect, since taistil is one of the multisyllable second conjugation verbs that isn’t syncopated.

The verbs freastail (“attend”), gogail (“gobble”), and lorg (“seek”) have a conjugation pattern that is similar to that of taistil.
