It seems to be: slovenian = ljubiti

And Russian любить.

In Ukrainian: лублю As well as in Polish and Croatian: lubić, ljubiti

The correct Ukrainian variant is "люблю" just like the Russian one. But if one wants to express love to a girlfriend/boyfriend, he or she says "кохаю" :) That's the beauty of my native language. The Romanian version also sounds nice :)
