Short question for the admins

I've noticed that the 'sentences' section of the subforums has disappeared since Duolingo had to temporarily disable some functions a few days ago. This means that regular users like me haven't been able to assist when learners of our native tongues ask questions to the exercises.

I was wondering if admins have a different way of accessing questions made to the exercises, or if any comments made to the exercises right now go straight into the abyss?

You can probably still comment on the website. I know I can. I also still receive "someone commented on a discussion you are watching" e-mails. And mods have access to newest comments. We try to answer as much as we can.

Since it's now impossible to comment on exercises, there's no comments to be sent to the abyss.

Maybe you meant reports? I'm assuming that they're still viewable by the contributors, as always. But they're for errors rather than questions and discussion, so they're anonymous.

Sentence discussion threads haven't been loading for me on desktop either (although at least the link is there, unlike on mobile), so I put two and two together and figured that this went for everyone, since the threads have been removed from the app and I read OP as saying they'd been removed in general, not just from mobile.
