How do we contact Duolingo directly? Having issues with the program

I have been using duolingo for some time now and love it. I even have recommended it to my friends. Last evening, however, I encountered a couple of problems. I am writing because I don't want to lose my length of days. I am doing the Italian lessons. I went to purchase the 'double or nothing'. First issue- the system deducted my 5 lingots TWICE (took 10 instead of 5). Second issue- I did the practice session, but the system is still saying 'Day 0 of 7'. I then did a second practice session. It is still saying 'Day 0 of 7'. I have never had issues before with the program. Can you please fix these problems so that I don't lose my current standing? I should have 141 lingots due to being charged twice. I also should have a practice streak of 145 days. Grazie!

Hi there, thank you for that link. Yes, I made sure about my daily goal amount. Interestingly, after I posted this message, my lingot amount was corrected, but the 'double or nothing' day count still is not working. I practice faithfully every day, but the only number that changes is the 'day streak'. The 'double or nothing' continues to show '0'

Is it possible you are on a WiFi connection that is not 100% guaranteed? I've seen folks report their efforts not getting recorded when they have a dodgy connection. It needs to be rock solid. Ethernet if you have it.

After you buy Double or Nothing it says Day 0 of 7 until the following day when it will increase to Day 1 of 7 as long as you have met your target XP goal.

I would like to know if anyone has tried to access the flirting section because I have not been able to open it. Also my percentage of fluency decreased from 61% to 55%. And even after about two months of daily practice has never come back up.
