I thought bò means cow?
Con bò seems to be a general word for cows, bulls, oxen. It's also used for their meat, beef: bún bò for example, noodles and beef. That would be great to have the input from a native speaker though.
Not cow?

They seem to change it up and add "the" sometimes and other times dont really annoying but you didn't get me this time
