"I'm a nurse" can be either Nyrs dw i or Dw i'n nyrs (with the 'n). The first has more emphasis on nyrs i.e. "I'm a nurse" (not a doctor or a pharmacist) whereas the second is just neutral with no special emphasis: "I'm a nurse".
